Meet James Esgate-Green

I founded NeuroThrive Group Ltd with a simple mission: to help neurodivergent children and young people develop the confidence, skills and strategies they need to thrive both in education and everyday life.

As someone with lived experience of ADHD, I understand that neurodiversity brings both incredible strengths and genuine challenges. My own journey has given me a deep appreciation of the importance of feeling understood, building confidence and developing practical strategies that work in the real world. Whilst every individual's experience is unique, my lived experience enables me to approach coaching with empathy, authenticity and understanding.

Alongside this personal insight, I have completed a CPD Accredited ADHD Coaching qualification and have experience supporting children and young people within educational settings, including Alternative Provision. My coaching combines lived experience with evidence-informed practice, focusing on executive functioning, emotional regulation, organisation, confidence, motivation and school engagement.

My approach is strengths-based, collaborative and personalised. I believe every child deserves support that recognises their strengths, celebrates their individuality and equips them with practical tools to succeed. By working closely with young people, families, schools and professionals, my aim is to create meaningful, lasting change that helps every child reach their full potential.
