Our commitment
- We prioritise the safety, welfare and best interests of every young person.
- We hold an enhanced DBS check and up-to-date safeguarding training.
- We work in line with statutory guidance including Keeping Children Safe in Education.
- We complete Prevent (radicalisation and extremism) awareness training.
Safe practice
- We maintain clear professional boundaries at all times.
- We keep accurate, confidential records and share information appropriately.
- We follow safe practice for both in-person and online sessions.
- We work openly and collaboratively with parents, schools and services.
Raising a concern
If you have a safeguarding concern about a child, please contact us immediately at jamesesgategreen@neurothrivegroup.co.uk. If a child is in immediate danger, always call 999. You can also contact your local authority's children's services or the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000.
Working with schools & services
When working within a school or setting, we follow that organisation's safeguarding policies and report concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead in line with agreed procedures.
