What is ADHD coaching?

ADHD coaching is a supportive, practical partnership that helps a young person understand how they work best and build strategies for focus, organisation, planning and emotional regulation. It is strengths-based and tailored to the individual — not a one-size-fits-all programme.

Who do you work with?

We support parents and carers, schools, alternative provisions and local authorities. Our coaching is designed for children and young people with ADHD or executive functioning difficulties, alongside the adults who support them.

Do you offer sessions online or in person?

Both. We are based in East Midlands and offer in-person support where appropriate, as well as online coaching across the UK. We'll agree the format that works best for the young person and setting.

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to access support?

No. A diagnosis is not required to benefit from coaching. We support young people with ADHD, suspected ADHD and executive functioning difficulties. If you have questions about assessment, we're happy to signpost you.

How do schools and local authorities commission your services?

Schools, APs and local authorities can enquire via our contact form or email. We'll arrange an initial conversation, agree clear outcomes and a service agreement, and provide regular progress reports throughout the placement.

What qualifications and checks do you hold?

We hold an accredited ADHD coaching qualification, an enhanced DBS and up-to-date safeguarding training, alongside autism awareness, child mental health awareness, online safety, radicalisation and extremism training, and paediatric first aid.

How is progress measured and shared?

We agree clear, measurable goals at the outset and review them regularly. For schools and services, we provide progress reports and impact evidence you can use for reviews and reporting.

How long does support last?

It depends on individual needs and goals. Some families benefit from short, focused blocks of coaching, while schools may commission longer-term intervention. We'll recommend an approach and review it together as we go.
