Specific services are provided under a separate agreement setting out scope, fees and expectations. Where there is any conflict, that agreement takes precedence over these website terms.

Fees, payment terms and cancellation arrangements are confirmed in writing before services begin. Please refer to your service agreement for details.

If you are a consumer booking services as a private individual, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the agreement under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin services during this period, you may be charged for services already provided. These statutory rights are in addition to the cancellation arrangements set out in your service agreement, and nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
